This bulletin is to alert distribution team about a quality defect of 4 ELV Block A46351
which equips spare part ENM46351. This alert concerns only the batch numbers from 2212
to 2235. The batch number can be identified on the part as follow:

Does not use for service ENM46351 with batch numbers from 2212 to 2235!
For service, use 4 ELV Block ENM34044 (Dye ink) or ENM46351 ENM10109767 (MIPK
inks) for value range CIJ Printers (9018-2028-9029-9330).

Logistic Aspects

Stock Review
ENM46351 with batch numbers from 2212 to 2235 must be quarantined from our stock
and returned to Markem-Imaje.

Do not return the 4 ELV Blocks ENM46351 with batch numbers prior to 2212 or above
2235. They can be used for service for 9018/28/29 and 9330 until our local stocks are
exhausted.

Local Stock Review & Part Return

All 4 ELV Blocks ENM46351 from our stock and produced from week 12 (2212) to week 35
(2235) must be shipped to BLV as outlined below.

1. To obtain a Return order, email the logistic department:

- IRLA@markem-imaje.com for indirect Operation.

3. Use your local UPS account for the return shipment. Declare the commercial value
written in the Return order.
