Must-haves Why?

A positive work environment I don’t work well with people who are racist, homophobic,
sexist, etc. My co-workers must be accepting and kind.

Career advancement I want to be successful in the field I’m working in. I don’t
want a job where I’m just stuck working for someone.

Integrity The company I work for has to have morals. Things like
treating customers and peers rudely, and risking people’s
safety for money are not things I’d look for in a job.

Social initiatives I care about how many issues (racism, sexism) are
commonly overlooked in the workplace.

Supportive I want to work for a company where my concerns are cared

for. Whether it be an issue with a customer or a co-worker, I
need a company that can support me.

Nice-to-haves Why?

Salary I want a decent salary, enough to make a comfortable living

for me and my family.

Location I hate commuting, especially during the rush hour. Living

near my job helps me not only save time, but money.

Flexibility Life can be unpredictable. I want to have a flexible

schedule, so that I can take breaks if something important
happens.

Benefits I want a job that can provide good benefits if I ever fall sick
or get injured.
