TORNADO
Definition
A tornado is a powerful wind, sometimes known as a huge storm, strong, with whirlwind
vortices reaching speeds of up to 120 km/h. Tornado is stimulated the sea below, resulting in a
massive, powerful wave.
Tornado Warnings
• Large and enormous wisps of dark clouds are seen.
• Thunder and lightning could be seen from a distance.
• A distant roar could be heard.
Handling in a Tornado
Water vapor is pulled from the ocean and creates walls of dense clouds as a tornado begins.
Strong winds swirling over a quiet, cloudless location and low pressure, known as the tornado's
point of origin.
• Bring items inside to avoid being carried away by the wind.
• Close and lock windows and doors.
• Disconnect all electrical and electronic equipment.
• If you suspect a lightning strike is imminent, immediately bend down, sit down, and
hug your knees to your chest.
• Avoid lying down on the ground, as well as tall buildings, electricity poles, and
billboards. Enter a sturdy house or building right away.
