Title:

Detering the crossing cross sectional area of a test tube using differentiation principles of rate of
change.
Propose:
Explain why the project is done and what real world problems this can be applicable
Method of data collection:
How data is to be collected indicating the variables of the problem
Procedure and variable to be included.
Procedure:
1. A burette was set up on the retort at eye level
2. A funnel was used to fill the burette 50cm^3 of water
3. A tape was placed on the outside of the test tube vertically
4. The tap of the burette was opened slightly allowing the water to be dripped into the test tube
5. Every 15 seconds the level of the water on the test tube was marked and then recorded the
volume used on a book.
6. A ruler was used to measure the height by measuring the height of
7. Steps 2 to 5 was repeated a second time.
