permission for my son/daughter ________________, a Bachelor of
Secondary Education Major in _________ student, for the collection of two-
hundred pesos (Php 200.00) for the campus orientation, pinning and candle
lighting ceremony and mid-conference. This ceremony symbolizes the
culmination of their teaching practice and the beginning of their journey as
educators. The funds collected through this resolution will be utilized for
organizing and enhancing the campus orientation, pinning and candle lighting
ceremony and mid-conference of the practice teachers.
