My new year resolution have a more friend to meet and focus more on learning than
just grades and not to push my self to those people who don't like me instead of
pushing myself to them, i will focus to my studies so i can learn more.

My New Year resolution for this year is to prioritize self-care and overall well-
being. As the previous year took a toll on me, I realized the importance of taking
care of oneself in order to lead a balanced and fulfilling life.

To achieve this resolution, I plan on incorporating various self-care practices


into my daily routine. This includes adopting a healthier lifestyle by exercising
regularly and eating nutritious meals. I aim to set aside time each day for
physical activity, such as going for a walk or practicing yoga, to strengthen my
body and improve my mental well-being.

In addition to physical health, I want to focus on my mental and emotional well-
