Visa Application Centre, as applicable to you:
*Kindly carry a hardcopy of this appointment letter.
*Applicants who have applied for their visa online IRCC website must carry a hard copy print out of theBiometric
Instruction letter.
*If you have paid the Visa fees and Biometric fee online, please carry a hard copy print out of the payment
receipt* Applicants applying for a visa in paper format must carry 2 photo-copies of the passport biographic
data page. * Please ensure that all staples and strings are removed from the application package before visiting
the VAC.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the VAC may be implementing additional measures to ensure health and safety of
applicants. Your safety is our priority. As part of precautionary measures, customers visiting our Visa Application
Centres may be subjected to body temperature checks to assess their health conditions and required to wear a
face mask.
Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever (higher than 37.2 degrees Celsius), cough and difficulty
breathing will be advised to seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility of their choice.

Apart from the safety procedures conducted, please note that

1. Accompanying applicants will not be allowed inside building premises / Visa Application Centre
