attendance sponsorships, we would like to notify you that Medtronic would be pleased to sponsor the participation of

Dr. Mohamed Mostafa Mohamed Farag Abdelfattah, Dr, Assistant professor of surgical oncology

to the above meeting/event. This event will provide continuous medical education with regard to new products and therapies
in the field of Physician’s experience. We consider the support of such specialized events to be part of our contribution
towards optimizing patient health care. A copy of the program of this event has been attached for your convenience.

We hope that the information gained during this event and the possibility to share experience and open a dialogue with

May we ask you to please inform us and the Physician, should the planned sponsorship contravene with your internal rules
and regulations concerning continuous medical education programs and meeting/event sponsorships, or if there is any other
reason which would refrain us from proceeding with the above sponsorship. Due to COVID19, the Physician will be
responsible in taking all necessary steps to protect himself/herself and to follow any applicable laws and government
measures.

Should we not hear from you within 10 days, we will conclude that you do not have any objection to the above and we shall
proceed with this sponsorship.

We would like to state that this Agreement does not create any obligation or expectation for you or your medical institution to
use, promote or purchase Medtronic products.
