This lecture sets forth important background information on ergonomics so
that the dental practitioner can have a general awareness of ergonomic risk
factors as well as some basis for understanding the ongoing dialogue about
ergonomics, its diagnosis, treatment, and regulation followed by a small
session of physical training with certain stretches and exercises to enhance
our spine and neck health & prevent work related Musculoskeletal disorders.

Lecture 2 by Dr.Krishnaraj Ganeshnarayan – A Periodontist with PhD in
Oral Biology from Rutgers University, USA, a heath care professional,
surgeon, researcher, mentor and academician .He is a founder of Delta
Dental Care and group of multispecialty clinics. He is going to emphasize on
the importance of dental practice management that helps a dentist decide
how to set standards, Measure the performance, restructure office policies,
set up new staff development programs, Profitability Analysis and so on…
