Our dental college was established in the year 2007, the fruit of our founder Thiru. S. Regupathy
(former Minister of Forest) with dream of creating top notch educational institutions.
THIRU.S.REGUPATHY (MINISTER OF LAW AND PRISONS,GOVT OF TAMILNADU) founded Karpaga
Vinayaga Educational Group in 1993 with its maiden venture being the establishment of JJ College
of Arts and Science, Pudukkottai in 1994 followed by Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and
Technology, Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Dental Sciences, Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical
Sciences & Karpaga Vinayaga College of Nursing, karpaga vinayaka global school.

Today our founders dream is being cared and nurtured by his son Dr.R.Annamalai
MS(Ortho)M.ch(UK) under who’s efficient yet benevolent guidance, our group of institutions
continue to grow.

Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Dental Sciences prides itself in being able to provide excellent venue
for our students to excel in academic as well as extra-curricular activities. We have a 250 chaired
dental hospital with all modern facilities to cater to the learning need of our students as well as
provided excellent care for our patients as well.

Our college accrediated NAAC “A” grade in the year 2022.
