2. Why are you interested in a new opportunity? Specifically, why are you interested in the position of Dean of the
College of Natural Sciences at South Dakota State University?

3. Please discuss your experience in working in and leading complex organizations, your experience in managing
budget operations, and your decision-making process for resource allocation.

4. Briefly discuss your experience and provide examples of your work in the following areas:

a. Building and retaining a world-class faculty
