Contact Energy 1 Month Free Broadband

Offer Terms and Conditions 2023

1. The Contact Energy 1 Month Free Broadband Offer (the Offer) is available to new
and existing residential Contact customers who:
(a) apply to join Contact for energy and broadband services and are accepted
as a Contact customer for these services, and
(b) are successfully connected to Contact services within 6 weeks of joining
Contact.

For the avoidance of doubt, Broadband services are only available to residential
electricity customers of Contact on standard payment plans. Broadband services
are not available to PrePay or Bach Plan customers.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” means Contact Energy Limited.

2. ‘1 Month Free Broadband’ means your first month of broadband with us.

3. The Offer applies to all Contact Broadband plans. Please note, one Offer per
connection.

4. The Offer does not include any additional fees and charges such as modem
postage and handling or VoIP (homeline) services.

5. The Offer is valid for a limited time only. Contact reserves the right to terminate,
modify or suspend this Offer without notice at any time.

6. The Offer is not available to customers who have previously signed up to a special
Contact Broadband offer in the last 6 months and not available in conjunction
with any other offer.

7. The Offer is applied as an upfront credit to your account against your broadband
charges (incl GST). The credit will automatically be applied when you are
successfully connected to Contact Broadband services.

8. If you leave Contact during the 1 month period, the Offer will cease to apply and no
credit or refund will be given.

9. If you have signed to the Offer and move house during the 1 month period and
maintain your broadband connection the offer will continue to apply.
10. After the 1 month period, you will be charged the full price of your chosen Contact
Broadband plan.

11. The credit is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash or cash
equivalents.

12. These terms and conditions should be read alongside any other terms and
conditions that apply to your services with Contact (including, Contact Broadband
terms and conditions and our general terms and conditions).
