Dear Sir:

This is to reiterate my VEHEMENT OPPOSITION to the application for Fencing Permit on Lot No.
4706 located in Brgy. Nasipit, Barili, Cebu.

To reiterate, I am the current legal possessor of the said Lot No. 4706. I, through my
predecessors-in-interest, have been in possession of the said property since the 1930s. This
property was purchased by my predecessor-in-interest, Maria K. Pace from the previous owners
and as such, my family and I have been in possession of this property since time immemorial.

A fencing permit cannot be duly issued on property that is being lawfully possessed by another.
Therefore, I urge you to recall the fencing permit that you have previously issued on Lot No.
4706 and to consider my Opposition in resolving and eventually denying the said application for
fencing permit. Should the applicants insist, the rightful forum for them would be in the courts
of law, to prove that they should be the lawful possessors of the property.

I hope that this matter will be given your most preferential attention so as to avoid any possible
legal recourse on my end. Thank you.
