Non-Disclosure Agreement
1. Each of the parties to this Agreement intends to disclose information (the Confidential
Information) to the other party for the purpose of creating a promotional video on the YouTube
platform.

2. Each party to this Agreement is referred to as ‘the Recipient’ when it receives or uses the
Confidential Information disclosed by the other party

3. The Recipient undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party
for any purpose except the Purpose, without rst obtaining the wri en agreement of the other
party.

4. The Recipient undertakes to keep the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party
secure and not to disclose it to any third party [except to its employees [and professional
advisers] who need to know the same for the Purpose, who know they owe a duty of con dence
to the other party and who are bound by obligations equivalent to those in clause 3 above and
this clause 4.

5. Neither this Agreement nor the supply of any information grants the Recipient any licence,
interest or right in respect of any intellectual property rights of the other party BUSSINES OFFER

Confidential Information disclosed by the other party solely for the Purpose.
Introduction
Once you have reviewed our catalog of promotional materials, please inform us of which

materials you will be using as a basis and the concept you have chosen for creating the

video.

Please note that our library is supported only on the Windows and MacOS platform.

That is, it will not open on other OS.

Our generous rates for advertising with Influencers are as follows:

1-10k subscribers: $150-$500

10-50k subscribers: $550-$1150

50-100k subscribers: $1200-$2500

100k+ subscribers: $2700-$5000

We are thrilled to pay you 50% of the agreed amount once all the details regarding the

content of your exceptional promotional video on your channel have been finalized.

When the video is superbly prepared and accompanied by advertising integration on

your channel, the remaining 50%will be promptly transferred to you!

We will make the payment in any convenient form for you. (For example: Cryptocurrency,

PayPal, international transfers, etc.)
