Sir:

With reference to our letters dated June 6 and May 13, 2015 requesting for assistance in re-
tapping of our newly rectified electrical wires to existing electrical meter as specified and
upgrading of service entrance wire from your secondary power line to our office at Nuestra
Señora respectively (Please see attached), please be informed that we have been still
experiencing the same abnormal fluctuation affecting our office equipment.

In view of this, we would like to refollow up the said request in order to avoid the above
problem.

Your preferential attention on this matter will be highly appreciated.
