    Dear Sir:
    It is with a humble heart that I must ask for a cash advance to help pay the needs of my family. I
    am in financial difficulty, as I need to settle a loan.

    The amount that I am requesting is Ten Thousand Pesos (P 10,000.00) to cover financial needs in
    my family like consumption, school needs, and water & electric bills. I propose to repay the cash
    advance in three months, and I authorize the company to deduct the amount from my salary
    until the amount is fully paid.

    I thank you very much for your time and consideration of my request. I am glad to follow any
    further guidelines you suggest.
