Dear Ma’am/Sir:
I would like to ask the help of the institution with my current education finances that I am
currently in. I am currently taking my Research Proposal subject in University of Cebu. And
to be able to join the defend I have to pay 7, 150 for the entrance excluding the fees for
the advisory and other expenses in the preparation of the defense. I am currently
enrolled for my 33rd unit in my master’s degree program in University of Cebu. Aside from
the expenses incurred for the proposal, I have a pending balance of 14, 854.00 of which
needed to pay prior to the end of the second semester.
With this, I hereby ask your good office to allow me to personally loaned money for the
extension of my education amounting to P50, 000 pesos as the maximum amount stipulated
in the Memorandum for Educational purpose.
I promise to dedicate this education to the benefit of the Division of Talisay. Thank you
