    Dear Governor. Emmylou “Lala” Taliño Mendoza,

    I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for considering my application for the Cotabato
    Provincial Scholarship Program at University of Southern Mindanao Pursuing higher education
    is a dream I have harbored for years, and receiving financial assistance would greatly alleviate
    the burden on my family and me.

    Despite my dedication to my education, I face financial challenges that may hinder my


    ability to fully focus on my studies. As a Financially Averaged Student, I recognize the
    importance of seeking out opportunities like the Cotabato Provincial Scholarship
    Program to alleviate some of the financial burden and allow me to concentrate on my
    academic and personal growth.

    Receiving the Cotabato Provincial Scholarship Program would not only provide me with
    financial assistance but also serve as a source of motivation and encouragement. It
    would affirm my belief that hard work and determination are recognized and rewarded,
    inspiring me to continue striving for excellence in all aspects of my academic and
    professional endeavors.

    Thank you once again for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility
    of being awarded the Cotabato Provincial Scholarship Program and continuing my
    educational journey at University of Southern Mindanao.
