for the unwavering commitment you have shown to the education sector in our state. Your dedication to
fostering a brighter future for our youth has been truly inspiring.

I am currently a college student pursuing BS in Architecture at Bicol State College of Applied Science and
Technology. My academic journey has been both challenging and rewarding, but I am writing to humbly
request your assistance in obtaining a scholarship that would immensely aid in my pursuit of knowledge.

One of the primary challenges I face is the lack of access to a personal laptop. As the majority of my
coursework and research assignments have transitioned to online platforms, having a reliable laptop has
become an absolute necessity for my academic success. Regrettably, my financial circumstances make it
extremely difficult for me to afford such a critical tool for my education.

Governor, I firmly believe that education is the cornerstone of progress, and with your support, I can
continue to strive for excellence in my studies. The scholarship would not only alleviate the financial
burden of acquiring a laptop for my plates but also enable me to concentrate more effectively on my
studies without the constant concern of my limited resources.

I am committed to maintaining outstanding academic performance and contributing positively to our
