Dear Hon. Contreras,

I am CLAER ABEGAEL N. DONGUINES a 3rd year student currently enrolled at

Capiz State University, Main Campus taking up a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
I would like to appeal to you for a help with my financial assistance for continuing my
college education. Scholarship is for everyone, but to those only who really deserve for it. This
financial assistance is a big help for a student like me that is financially disadvantaged. We are
greatly affected by the pandemic that we are experiencing. The main income of the family is
from our carenderia business but because of this pandemic we can’t make profit for a mere
penny and almost lost all the capital for everyday and with that we suffer from a financial
problem. Although I have no tuition to be paid off, but I really need an allowance to support
myself such as to our projects and everyday expenses in school. Yes it is true that we are in a
pandemic and online class is our medium of learning yet we have also need to have load in order
to have access in internet connection. This financial assistance will be a great help not just for me
but also for my family. I badly want to finish my study for me to be able to help my family. I will
be forever thankful to this financial assistance for it help me as student to achieve my goal.

I am truly grateful for your help and support, knowing that you give such importance to the
education of everyone.
