Dear Ma’am/Sir;

Good day our beloved Congresswoman Ma. Lucille Nava, I am asking for your consent to allow me to
pass my Senior High School identification card because the civil engineering Dean is very strict and won’t
allow us to go to school to release our ID because they are very careful and make safety measures in
terms of the condition of their students. If I ask I can also attached my barangay ID. I am unable to pay
my tuition fee for the second semester, and I am planning to apply job but because of pandemic hit our
country there is least of chances that I could be hired. I came in a poor family and my mother is already
widowed. I want to take this opportunity to apply on your financial assistance and this would be a big
help for me that seems this would be enough to cover my tuition fees. I know that this course I’m taking
is very hard enough but still I’m standing with my own feet and striving just to make my mother proud of
me in the near future. I am hoping that you will consider my request and help me fulfil my dreams and
goals in life to continue my studies.
