Dear, Mayor Rivera,

I am Gwynneth Gertrude A. Jose, 20 years old, a 2nd year BSA student of Gen. Santos Foundation Inc.
From Brgy. Lagao General Santos City.

I would like to ask permission to your good office to please allow me to shift my course from BSA.

I have not yet decided as to what specific course I would transfer to but I would like to ask for your
consideration as I am unfortunately planning to shift to a course that is still under Accountancy but a
course that is less needy of constant self-isolation and pressure. Being an accountancy student is not
something that I hate but due to a lot of circumstances and self realization, I have decided that I really
want to pursue to graduate school early because continuing to force myself into accountancy will continue
to cause impediment and self-restraint in my everyday decisions and actions.

Rest assured that I will graduate as per the school registrar and departmental head. I am very thankful to
become one of the Scholars of your program and I hope for your kind consideration.
