AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF

__________________________ (P _________) AS AN ADDITIONAL FUND
FOR GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD), (AND) PROTECTION OF
CHILDREN (or kun ano an may kulang or inpunuan, halimbawa, 20% BDF,
5% BDRRM Fund, 10% SK Fund, GAD, BCPC, etc.), ADJUSTING FOR THE
PURPOSE THE APPROPRIATED AMOUNT THEREOF IN THE ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024 OF BARANGAY ___________,
CASIGURAN, SORSOGON

WHEREAS, upon review and by virtue of Resolution No. ____, Series of 2024,
the Sangguniang Bayan declared the Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. _____,
which authorizes the Annual Budget for FY 2024 of Barangay ____________,
Casiguran, Sorsogon, inoperative in part due to deficiency in the allocation of funds as
required by law for the Gender and Development (GAD), (and) Protection of Children,
(or kun ano an may kulang or inpunuan, halimbawa, 20% BDF, 5% BDRRM Fund, 10%
SK Fund, GAD, BCPC, etc.);

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan remanded the Annual Budget for FY 2024 of
Barangay _______________ with advice that the same shall be subject for proper
adjustments;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Barangay of

______________, Casiguran, Sorsogon in session assembled that:

Section 1. Purpose. – This ordinance shall have the purpose of adjusting the
funds as appropriated in the Annual Budget for FY 2024 of Barangay ____________,
Casiguran, Sorsogon, for Gender and Development, (and) Protection of Children, (or
kun ano an may kulang or inpunuan, halimbawa, 20% BDF, 5% BDRRM Fund, 10% SK
Fund, GAD, BCPC, etc.), which upon review, was/were found to have
deficiency/deficiencies and/or no appropriation therefor.

Section 2. Source of Fund. – The amount needed to satisfy the minimum

percentage of appropriation as required by law for Gender and Development, (and)
Protection of Children, (or kun ano an may kulang or inpunuan, halimbawa, 20% BDF,
5% BDRRM Fund, 10% SK Fund, GAD, BCPC, etc.) shall be taken from the
appropriation for Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) (and/or Capital
Outlay) as appropriated in the 2024 Annual Budget of Barangay ____________,
Casiguran, Sorsogon with a total appropriation of __________________ (PHP
________).

Section 3. Additional Appropriations and Adjustments. – In compliance

with the review action of the Sangguniang Bayan of Casiguran, Sorsogon, advising
Barangay ___________ to make the proper adjustments in its 2024 Annual Budget, as
declared inoperative in part, the following additional appropriations and adjustments are
hereby approved, to wit:
