GROUP 3

Narrative Report

Performing interpretative dance was a great moment. Our chosen song for our
interpretative dance was "Ikaw at Ako" by Moira and Jason. We need to focus, be active, and
share ideas with our groupmate. We first gathered our ideas to make a final decision on how we
execute our performance. We were always practicing our dance at MSU golf since it is spacious
and we were comfortable. This activity was hard for us as it conflicts our schedules that can
affect our practices. Inspite of it, we developed a teamwork and did our best to make it possible.
There were moments when disagreement arose, but through open-mindedness and mutual
respect, we were able to find common ground and create something that truly resonated with all
of us. Furthermore, we build an unexpected friendship during our performance and treasured
memories.
There are factors that influences our performance. These are the personal factors and
environmental factors. In personal factor, we used our confident and emotion to create a dance
step that are related to our song. While on environmental factors, the surface in MSU golf is not
flat that's why it's hard for us to move properly and excute our dance steps. However, we make
sure that our capacity is greater than the demands of our dance steps for us to be able to execute
our dance steps.
We have applied the different fundamental movement patterns and some of the key
movement features. As each of us contribute our unique movements and expressions, a sense of
harmony filled the space. This dance requires us to communicate effectively, listen attentively to
one another's ideas, and compromise when necessary. It allowed us to appreciate the meaning of
unity and learn the value of collaboration.
