I. Project

a. Title – “FEB-IBIG: A Day to Love and be Loved”

b. Project Proponent- Supreme Student Council-Secondary Department
c. Venue – Candelaria Institute of Technology of Cabadbaran, Inc (CITCI Campus)
d. Date- February 14, 2023 (Tuesday)

II. Objectives:

Valentine’s Day offers every individual the opportunity to express special feelings for his
or her special someone. It is also an occasion for each one to express their admiration, gratitude,
and thankfulness for whatever kindness or favor they have received from others. The Supreme
Student Council will hold a day of activities, both virtual and face-to-face, to commemorate the
said event in order to make this significant day even more enjoyable for every Candelarians.

This project aims to:

 To bring fun and entertainment for every Candelarians to enjoy in celebration of the
LOVE Month.
 To strengthen the camaraderie among Candelarians.
 To generate funds for the organization’s aim of redecorating its office

III. Project Descriptions:

"FEB-IBIG: A Day to Love and Be Loved" is a Valentine’s Day event that initiates to
provide excitement and expand the "feels" of love this love month. The Supreme Student
Council will arrange a refreshing amusement whose purpose is to generate funds for the benefit
of both the students and the school. The event is composed of two categories: the Virtual and
Face-to-Face activities.

The virtual activity includes: Love Confession: Anonymous message via google form;
and Facebook Story: “Anong kwentong Padaba taka / Pipiliin ka sa araw-araw?”. While, face to
face activities includes: Concierto De Amor: Live Concert by Citci Acoustic Band, and Pag-ibig
Status Playlist / Color Coding. The officers assigned will be the in-charge to online activities, to
look after the results of the said activity.
The fund-raising activities are the following: Luck is in the air: Valentine Raffle Memento:
capture the moments, Love Cinema, Marriage Booth, and Love Chain. All booths will be
prepared and organized the officers by committees.

- A Valentine’s Day Project dress code taka / Pipiliin ka sa araw-araw?”
or color scheme which is represented
by a song playlist with each
specification.
- Specific color codes, which are
represented by a song playlist for the
said date of the "FEB-IBIG: A Day to
Love and Be Loved Project," shall be
provided by the council and are to be
worn and followed by the students.
The students are free to select which
color they wish to wear in order to
represent their chosen category. The
Pag-ibig Status Playlist and its
specifications are as follows:
Red- Araw-araw (inlove)
Green- Pagtingin (it’s complicated)
Gray- Sunrise (single and contented)
Blue- The ones we once love (broken hearted)
Black- Langyang Pag-ibig (bitter)
Orange- Kathang isip (broken sa crush)
White- Ride Home (go with the flow)
Pink- paninindigan kita (ready to commit)
Violet- Lifetime (friendzone)
Yellow- Sa susunod na habang buhay
(moving on)
Brown- Masyado pang maaga (nbsb ngsb)
Facebook Story: “Anong kwentong Padaba

Page’s online engagement. Students
are urge to post a Facebook story in
which they highlight their personal
experiences and answer the highlight
question, "Anong kwentong Padaba
taka/Pipiliin ka sa araw-araw?" A post
will be randomly chosen as the winner
and will receive a prize of 100 pesos
worth of GCash funds.

receives anonymous love confessions
via Google Forms and will be publicly
featured on the CITCI-Supreme
Student Council Official Facebook

Concierto De Amor: Live Concert by CITCI

Acoustic Band
- an exclusive live concert within the
campus, which will be performed by
the school’s official acoustic band.
The performers, which consist of (7)
performers: (4) instrumentalists, and
(3) vocalists, shall perform a total of
10 love songs. The performers shall
perform during the last school hour of
