Topic : AI based sprinkler system in muslifyre sytem for transformers.

Description :

Present : Mulsifyre system employs compressed air[4-5 kg/cm2] and hydrant water
system [ 10 kg/ cm2] and in the event of fire, all nozzles are activated
approximately at the same time.

Proposal:
In Artificial Intelligence based fire protection system, there will be an Infra-red
thermal camera/UAV for fire protection which will sense fire on the onboard
computer which will sense a local fire detection system using a local decision
component., which will send a signal to solenoid valve to charge water through
nozzle/Sprinklers only at the affected area and finally to quench the fire.
Simultaneously, fire detection and fire diagnosis and result/ request to the
central monitoring system will be well documented. Moreover, with the use of AI, we
can implement deep learning analyzing from big storage data and save the concerned
unit from false tripping or shut down by controlling relay command to the concerned
input circuit breakers. This will be particularly implemented for Transformers.

Saving : Compressed air saving can be done .and also resource wastage can be
optimised.
