materials. It involves clear objective definition, the creation of a structured plan, resource
allocation, progress monitoring, and adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.

of specific outcomes.

Using project management processes, tools, and techniques puts in place a sound foundation
for organizations to achieve their goals and objectives.
