Description of Jabra Evolve headset

Jabra EVOLVE 75 is a wireless headset that has active noise cancellation, integrated Busylight to enhance
productivity and multiuse capability to connect to two devices at once. The dimensions of the device are
6.1x2.5x7.3 inches. The device has 3 main components:

• Headband
• Headset
• Microphone

Headband: Headband is covered in soft foam cushion for comfort. It is adjustable for different head sizes

Headset: Headsets are connected to the headband at each end. They are covered in black leatherette
and cushioned with soft audio foam to protect the ears.

Microphone: Microphone a medium-length boom arm microphone connected to one of the headsets. It
can be adjusted in a vertical position to mute, and horizontal position to unmute. It is equipped with uni-
directional noise cancelling technology so that the ambient noise surrounding the headset is suppressed,
but the audio is not.

The headset with the microphone also contains the following items:

• Bluetooth LED to indicate connection status.


• On/off switch.
• Battery indicator LED.
• USB charging port
• Volume button that also doubles as a button to skip to the previous track when music is played
• A button at the center of the headset for answering or ending calls that also doubles as a
play/pause button for music

Instruction to control document access in Lollydex

Based on the Audience analysis of the technical writer persona, securing a document is one of the most
important goals of the technical writer profile.

Lollydex is a cloud-based document editing tool; Access control is necessary to ensure only the
appropriate audience for the documents have access. The functionality that supports this goal is the
“Share with others” option.

To control access to a document


1. Use the search bar to search for a document by name or click on the icon to create a new
document.

2. Click on File > Share> Share with others.


3. In the search bar, enter the names of users and groups to allow access.

4. Click on the user or group name.


5. From the list, select the type of access from Viewer, Commenter, or Editor.
6. To notify the selected user, enter an optional message and check Notify People.
7. Click Send to send the document’s link to the selected user.
