Responsibilities:

 Conduct toolbox meeting with fire man and with workers at worksite.
 To ensure compliance with health and safety law and standard at worksite.
 To ensure that work is carried out in accordance with permit to work system.
 To prepare daily observation report and submit it to the senior safety officer.
 To maintain proper housekeeping at workplace area and in the workshop area.
 Check PPE’s such as Safety shoes, safety goggles, helmet, reflective jacket etc.
 To carryout the inspection of all tools and tackles and tag it.
 To consult with the client related to any health and safety matter and resolve it.
 To inspect fire extinguishers and to make sure that these are in working condition.
 To arrange mock drill by firemen periodically in addition to fire protection survey.
 To arrange a safety program to motivate the workforce for safety rules.
