Description: A search for the Witness is provided for searching across all the Police stations.
We can search either by Witness name or along with their Parent name and Go is clicked.

Description: In the above screen, the details of the number of Witness persons whose name is
matched across the Police stations. The Name of the Police station and the number of Witness
are made available.

Description: In the previous screen, if the total number of persons matched is clicked for a
particular station, the details of the persons along with the Witness Number, Name of the

Description: In the previous screen, we have a link as View Photo, when click on this we enter
into the UID Site where we found the full details of the Person and also we can find the Ration
Card and Election Card details and also the FIR detail.

Description: In the UID screen, we have a link as Ration Card Number, when click on this we
enter into the Civil Supplies Site where we found the family details of the Person.

FIR Details

Description: In the UID screen, FIR detail can be seen by clicking the FIR number. The
Register Date, Place of occurrence, complainant name and address, acts and sections with the
description of the crime is displayed. Below this, the accused name and address are listed. The
status of the case is also provided in the screen.

RTO DATABASE LINKED WITH MIS CIPA

The Police department find it difficult to access the vehicle particulars for accident vehicles,
stolen vehicles and crime involved vehicles. With the MIS CIPA designed by NIC, Puducherry
the MIS is provided a lined to the National Register of Transport vehicles where the vehicle
details are collected. The main advantage is the system can collect information about vehicles
of any state.

Description: In the above screen, an option is given separately to “Search the vehicle database
from National Transport Register”. The link will help the user to log in the National Transport
Register.
