    I hereby agree to take the responsibility of paying the expenses of the applicant
    mentioned above during his or her stay in Japan.

    a) The reason for my bearing the expenses of the above-mentioned applicant and my

    my payment as a remittance certificate or a copy of the applicant’s bank book which
