Based on the speech I read, introduce me to common liberties, my own meaning of

common liberties is that all individuals have similar basic legitimate privileges,
regardless of their orientation, diversity, ethnicity, nationality, language, religion or other
qualifications. Common liberties include a large number of privileges such as freedom
from subjugation and torture, the right to life and liberty, the right to free speech, the
right to assignment and training, and more. These privileges apply to everyone no
matter what. I just had some awareness of its definition, but I kind of wondered what the
set of experiences was behind our opportunity as a Filipino group.

One of the most problem that challenge is Terrorism. Terrorism is just one way of
violating our human rights, especially our right to life itself, and it should not absorb all of
our attention. Terrorism often attracts mainstream attention for its cinematic impact the
shocking violence, the bravery of the villains, the heroism of the rescuers of the victims,
the horrific loss of life and property, and the dominance of the animal in man.

The threats to our national security and human rights will only get worse if we have a
state, internally weakened by a government crippled by corruption, struggling with
credibility, fighting endless left and right insurgencies; and a state weakened externally
by pressure from creditor countries, countries from which our trade originates, countries
that supply our military and police armaments.

A weak state cannot fully protect the rights of its citizens within its borders, just as a
state without economic independence cannot protect the rights of its citizens abroad
from exploitation by more powerful countries , the matter of protecting our national
security, the duty to protect human rights is a burden we all share. It is not just the
military that should deal with our security problem because our security is at stake, not
theirs. A security interest is a collective interest where everyone has a significant stake
Our history tells us that in this small piece of land, our forefathers were pioneers in
sowing the seeds of human rights when it was far from fashionable and fashionable. On
May 31, 1897, they established a republican government in Biak–na–Bato. It had an
advanced constitution on political and civil rights. Its authors, Felix Ferrer and Isabelo
Artacho, inserted four articles into it with ease, guaranteeing freedom of the press, the
right of association, freedom of religion, and freedom from deprivation of property or
residence, except by judgment issued by a competent court of authority. These radical
ideals took root in 1898, when Aguinaldo established a revolutionary government and
adopted the Malolosian constitution.

To guarantee that individuals in the Philippines can live in harmony and pride, free from
ill-treatment by any individuals or foundations, including express ones, the Philippine
Constitution guarantees fundamental freedoms in the country. For my purposes, it is an
unquestionable necessity to explore this issue freely for everyone's attention. Each and
every Filipino should be made aware of the attendant results he could face should he
violate the Common Liberties Ordinance.

“Harmony can last where basic freedoms are respected, where the individual is cared
for and where people and countries are free”, it just means that we are brought into the
world entirely with freedom and an attitude of nobility and privilege. We are qualified in
mind and heart and should act towards each other with a sense of brotherhood. To get
respect, you need to get it additionally regarding individuals.
