Do you have RFI issues - do the issues go away if you TX on low power or

into a dummy load?

Fix the issue - rather than the symptoms if you can!

what antenna? EFHW, OCF dipole, vertical or long wire by chance? switch to
a balanced antenna.. move it so it is not close to the radio, add a better
coax line choke – see below..

Common connect chassis of PC to radio to PSU from a single earth point. –

don’t daisy chain devices. Connect them back to the same earth point (or
copper earth bar)

Ensure that USB cables are very well shielded – this is your first defence
against EMC issues. ..

Common mode coax choke – this is essential to remove RF from the shack if
using an antenna that is unbalanced and you have RF in the shack.

Endfed half wave - one of the main causes of RRF on the coax, as are OCD

mains filter- remove RF from your mains cable feed. Add a mains filter.
Bond the chassis of your devices to a common earth point directly – do not
daisy chain equipment, ensure that each item has it’s own feed to a common
earthing point.

You may find better system stability using an externally powered USB hub,
or you may find you could benefit from USB isolators.. or try operating
on battery power or disconnecting devices in the shack on at a time..
it could be something as simple as a wired keyboard or mouse that is
picking up the RF that is causing your issues
