GOLDMAN SACHS RELEASE (the “Release”)

I hereby grant to __________________________. and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees and designees
(collectively, “GS”), the absolute right and permission to film, videotape, photograph, capture, copy and/or otherwise record my
name, image, voice, likeness, statements, performance, biographical information and relationship with GS (collectively,
“Likeness”), as well as any video, photograph, artifact or other materials I provide or share with GS (collectively, “Materials”).
GS may reproduce, display, exhibit, publish, transmit, post, edit, distribute, and/or otherwise use my Likeness and Materials, in
whole or in part, severally or in conjunction with other material in the Recordings (as defined below) for the purposes of
discussion, advertising, marketing, education, promotion, publicity and trade in any and all media, currently known or hereafter
developed, throughout the world in perpetuity.

I acknowledge and agree that all rights, including but not limited to copyright, in and to any photographs, videos, images,
written materials or other media (whether now known or which may exist in the future) that GS creates containing my Likeness
and/or Materials (including any negatives, out-takes, sounds and the images contained therein) (each a “Recording”) shall be
the sole and exclusive property of GS. I further understand that GS may reproduce, display, exhibit, publish, transmit, post, edit,
distribute, and/or otherwise use the Recordings in any and all media, throughout the world in perpetuity.

I waive all so called moral rights, the right of publicity, the right of privacy, and all analogous/similar rights throughout the
world with respect to the Recordings, the permitted use of my Likeness and Materials and my services provided hereunder. I
further waive any right of inspection or approval of the Recordings. I release GS from any claim or liability relating to the
permitted use of my Likeness and the Materials, including but not limited to, any claims of defamation, libel, slander, use by
third parties who access/use the Recordings, my Likeness or the Materials without GS’ permission, or for any claim of
alteration, optical illusion, faulty mechanical reproduction and the like with respect to any distortion or illusion in sound
reproduction.

I acknowledge and agree that I have no right to compensation and I will make no such claim against GS.

I understand that this Release does not obligate GS to use my Likeness or the Materials and that use of my Likeness or the
Materials shall be at the sole discretion of GS. I represent and warrant that (1) I have the right to grant all the rights granted
herein; (2) GS’ use of my Likeness or Materials will not infringe on the right of any third party and (3) any of my statements,
stories or opinions captured in the Recordings shall be completely truthful and shall convey my honest opinions and beliefs. I
agree that GS, to the extent permitted by applicable law and in compliance w GS’ policies, may place reasonable restrictions on
my activities outside of work for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of GS’ brands.

By signing below, I acknowledge and confirm that:

(1) I have not been required by GS or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries to sign this Release, be the subject of any
photograph, video or voice recording, or otherwise share any information or participate in any of the activities
necessary to develop the Recordings (the “Activities”) as a condition of employment and, prior to executing this
Release, was advised that I may decline to participate in the Activities and refuse to enter into this Release form
without suffering any adverse employment consequence; and

(2) I have agreed to voluntarily participate in the Activities.

The releases contained herein are irrevocable and may be transferred by GS freely to its successors, licensees, designees or
assignees This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any dispute arising out of or in
connection with this Release, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, or any non-contractual
obligations arising out of or in connection with this Release, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in
accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“Rules”) in force at the date of
applying for arbitration, which Rules are deemed incorporated into this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Mumbai,
India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators. The members of
the tribunal shall be appointed in accordance with the Rules, save that the third arbitrator, who shall act as presiding arbitrator,
shall be nominated by the other two arbitrators. If no such nomination is made within [14 / 30] days of the appointment of the
second of the arbitrators, the third arbitrator shall be appointed by the President. The parties irrevocably agree to be bound by
the tribunal’s findings, including findings of law.
