What You'll Need
Yarn: Bernat Blanket, 1 skein each White Pattern
(MC) and Purple Haze (CC)
With CC, ch 51.
Hook: P (11.50mm)
Notions: Yarn needle, scissors
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each
ch across; turn – 50 sts.
Gauge: Not crucial for this project, but
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in each st; turn.
if you would like yours to be the same
Rows 3-6: Ch 1, sc in each st; turn.
measurements as mine, I have 8 sts = 5″
Change to MC
and 8 rows = 4″
Rows 7-12: Ch 1, sc in each st; turn.
Finished Size: Approximately 26″ x 32
Change to CC
1/2″
Rows 13-18: Ch 1, sc in each st; turn.
Change to MC
ABBREVIATIONS
Rows 19-24: Ch 1, sc in each st; turn.
MC – Main Color
Change to CC
CC – Contrasting Color
Rows 25-30: Ch 1, sc in each st; turn.
sc – single crochet
ch – chain

Rows 31-36: Ch 1, sc in each st; turn.
Change to CC
Rows 37-42: Ch 1, sc in each st; turn.

Border
Change to MC
Rounds 1-2: Ch 1, sc evenly around, working (sc, ch 1, sc)
in each corner. Join with slip st to first sc. (See video if
you need help)
Change to CC
Round 3: Ch1, 3 sc in same space as join, *skip next sc, 3
sc in next sc; repeat from * around, working 3 sc in each
corner. Join with slip st to first sc.

Fasten off.
Weave in ends.
