INTRODUCTION

 Dito sinasabi na ang mga students that procrastinate waste both valuable time and the caliber of
their work. It may reduce their self-esteem since they begin to feel lousy at the end of the day
when they haven't accomplished anything which may affect their self-efficacy but according to
some research not all procrastination behaviors either are harmful or lead to negative
consequences.
 Meron tayong tinatawag na passive and active procrastination Passive procrastinators are
procrastinators in the traditional sense. They are paralyzed by their indecision to act and fail to
complete tasks on time (Passive procrastination ung negative). In contrast, active procrastinators
are a "positive" type of procrastinator. They prefer to work under pressure, and they make

GOALS
The goal of this study was to advance our understanding of student’s level of Self-efficacy and academic
procrastination in online learning throughout the course of a COVID-19 period that included entirely or in
part remote online learning. Researchers are interested in the students' ability to modify or how they did
so in order to gauge their level of self-efficacy. It is also important to understand whether there is a
positive or negative association between self-efficacy and level of Academic Procrastination in terms of
potential outcomes.

RESEARCH HYPOTHESIS
There is no significant relationship between level of self-efficacy and level of academic procrastination of
Grade 12 senior high School excellence awardee in online learning.
Bakit there is no significant relationship between level of self-efficacy and level of academic
procrastination?, because base sa some finding ng ating paper hndi lahat ng nagproprocrastinate ay
mababa ang self-efficacy. Maari lng na talgang matatalino or they can handle their time. Kaya ang naging
hypothesis natin ganyan.
Additionally kaya ang prediction natin ay “no significant relationship” dahil some rrl ay nagsasabi na may
mga students na mataas lng tlga ung self-efficacy kaya nag proprocrastinate. They have the ability to
handle their time, and mas inuuna lng nila ung mga importanteng bagay kaya nag proprocrastinate.
Magkakaroon lng ng significant relationship ung study natin kapag ang nahanap nating findings ay

THEORY OF SELF-EFFICACY

 States that Self-efficacy is defined by the individual’s judgement of his or her capabilities to
arrange and execute an action. The main point of the Self-Efficacy Theory is that people can use
influence on what they do. With the use of reflective thought, they utilize their knowledge and
skills to perform a specific behavior. Alam nila ung kakayahan nila, and kung alam nila kung it is
within their capabilities or not dun ma dedetermined kung pano nila gagawin or I-eexecute ung
action(pano nila gagawin). Parang ano sya self-evaluation. Iniisip nila ung strategy ung kung
pano gagawin ang isang bagay, and it depends sa pano sila mag isip kasi dba individual’s
judgement of his or her capabilities to arrange and execute an action. then the person will
determine how to behave. Maaring pag d nya kaya ipagsasantabi nya muna ung Gawain para
magplano, basta ung effect depends on how he judge or think since they know their own ability.
TEMPORAL MOTIVATION THEORY

 Temporal Motivation theory claims that procrastination happens when people's motivation is
poor. Low motivation may be caused by a variety of factors, including low value results, low
expectations of obtaining objectives, a high threshold for delay before reaching outcomes, and a
high threshold for postponement of outcomes. According to this theory, people become more
motivated the more they value and anticipate achieving a particular result. On the other hand,
people become less motivated the longer it takes them to attain their goals and the more sensitive
they become to delays
CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

 This conceptual framework's goal is to draw connections between levels of academic


procrastination and self-efficacy that relate to the Grade 12 students in the diagram's top central
region and the arrow that points it out to student’s self-efficacy and academic procrastination
which signifies our independent and dependent variables.

RESEARCH DESIGN

 Research design natin syempre quantitative (non-experimental) using correlation research method
which means ang approach natin at process of collecting and analyzing the data is in numerical
form. It can be used to find patterns and averages, make predictions, test causal relationships, and
generalize results to wider populations.

 Quota dahil the sample is representative of the target population means ang pagkuha ng
respondent or pag collect ng data ay naka divide by 20 in 4 different strand bale 20 GAS, 20
Humss, 20 Stem, 20 ABM total of 80 kasi 80 respondent natin
