the emergency room because of Atrial fibrillation
loss of consciouesness: On hooking - Irregular RR intervals
to a cardiac monitor, the tracing - Narrow QRS complexes
showed the following: - No discernable p waves

Identify the above rhythm:


A. Atrial fibrillation Ventricular tachycardia

- Unstable rhythm; also an arrest
rhythm

- No p waves, no true QRS
complexes
C - Indeterminate rate
- Coarse or fine chaotic undulations
of the ECG baseline

Supraventricular tachycardia
1) rate: 150-250/min
- Regular rhythm
- Narrow QRS complex
A) No discernable P wave
