    participate the Boy Scout Day Camp to be held at Tag-ulo Elementary School
    Campus on October 14, 2022.
    I have considered the benefit that shall be derived from the participation
    of my son in the BSP-School Day Camp, with the understanding that the
    necessary safety measures precaution shall be taken.
    However, I shall not held the Teaching Staff and the Boy Scout of the
    Philippines responsible for any untoward accident that may happen beyond their
    control.
