AG DRILLING is committed to meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction through continual
improvement of its services, the products that we procured and installed as well as the quality management system.
1.1 Introduction
In AG DRILLING we believe what is good for the company and for customers should come together and become the driving
force behind everything we do. AG DRILLING quality culture starts with Management who understands the implications of
processes not being followed and the necessity of serving customers as best we can. It is a culture that emphasizes
continuous improvement of processes, one that results in a healthy workplace, satisfied customers and a growing,
profitable company.
In order to create and nurture a quality culture within AG DRILLING , certain values have been identified that Management
implement daily, leading by example. We believe that by living these values constantly, AG DRILLING can operate most
successfully.

AG DRILLING Management accepts full accountability for the Quality Management System implemented at the company.
We commit all employees to be part of a team that shall strive to be a preferred service provider when it comes to fibre
optic connectivity and infrastructure projects.
AG DRILLING is in the process of developing a quality management system to demonstrate its ability to consistently
provide service that meets customer and regulatory requirements, and to address customer satisfaction through the
effective application of the system, including continual improvement and the prevention of non-conformances.
1.1.1 The quality management system will comply with the international standard ISO 9001.
1.1.2 The manual (currently under development) is divided into sections modelled on the ISO 9001 standard. Sections are
further divided into several subsections representing main quality system processes. Each subsection defines general
policies and basic principles for the pertinent quality system process; summarizes responsibilities and methods and
references relevant operational procedures and other documents.
1.1.3 The purpose of this manual will be to define and describe the AG DRILLING quality management system, to define
authorities and responsibilities of the employees involved in the operation of the system, and to provide a general
description of all processes comprising the quality management system.
1.1.4 Another purpose of this manual is to present the quality management system to the clients, suppliers, auditors and
other external interested parties, and to inform them what specific controls are implemented at AG DRILLING to
assure quality.
1.2 Application
The quality management system implemented in the form of an electronic business management system applies to all
services offered by AG DRILLING . Services offered by AG DRILLING includes sales, design, procurement and supply chain
management, operational implementation and execution, administrative functions as well as financial management.
Supporting functions include but is not limited to Health and Safety, human resources, marketing, etc. The quality
management system defined in this manual applies to all services and support functions offered by and found at AG
DRILLING .

1.3 Exclusions
The quality management system shall be relevant to the nature of our organization, and to customer and regulatory
requirements. For this reason, those requirements of ISO 9001 that do not apply are excluded from the scope of our quality
management system.
1.4 Responsibility
The AG DRILLING Business Solutions Manager takes ownership of the quality management system and for developing all
the information on an electronic business management system.
