1. 01/07/2009 Structures constructed after 30 Nov. 62 are unauthorized and thus
can be demolished even before making of an award. 2. 27/03/2010 1st. demolition Mullahera 3. 27/01/2011 D.C.Gurgn. orders to vacate premises 4. 07/12/2011 S. Court orders ‘Status Quo’ 5. 19/12/2011 In Standing Committee meeting Chief Sect. Hry. - decided that in the restricted 900 mts. safety zone :- 1. No public health/water connection, power connection, water supply & sewerage connection be given. 2. No registration for transfer of land by way of sale, lease without obtaining mandatory NOC from TCP 6. Accordingly no ‘fire insurance’ cover available. 7. 20/11/2013 HSIIDC accepting irregularity 8. 05/09/2014 Movement of building material prohibited– else FIR lodged- DC Gurg. 9. 29/09/2014 Mr Y.S.Malik –Adnl. Chief Sect. Hryn. Ind.&Commerce- in response to CWP 10579 of 2011 of Chamber of Industries of Udyog Vihar Gurg. 0rder (excerpt) – “Allottes may not be able to use said plots for additional Coverage on account of permissible F.A.R…….in case they still feel aggrieved, subject to their willingness, the HSIIDC should offer to refund the allotment price along with intt. @12% since the date of allotment till the date of refund qua these plots”. Allotment price does not include hefty yet disputed/ unjustified EDC in lakhs that HSIIDC has coercively collected in 2007 & 2008 with retrospective intt. chargeable as of 2003- from plot holders whose plots were allotted prior to 1996.
