Appendix 2 – Air Flow Record Sheet

AERAULIC BALANCING

RECORD PROCEDURE

• Objective

- To insure having the correct airflow on each diffuser for supply and exhaust network

• Initial conditions

- Running conditions are in normal

- Verifying that manual dampers are correctly positioned

• Procedure

- Take the size and the velocity with a test hole in order to deduce the airflow

- All checked airflow measurements must be written on the record sheet

• Equipment necessary for the record

- Pitot Tuber

- Bolometer / Anemometer

• Acceptance criteria

Refer to section 11 Acceptance Criteria of this Procedure

Appendix 3 – Room Temperature and Humidity Record Sheet
ROOM Tempertsure record

RECORD PROCEDURE

• Objective

-In order to obtain the acceptable working environment and indoor condition for each area

• Initial conditions

- Air inlet and outlet shall be available and not obstructed.

- Tested electrical cabinet shall be powered on.

- All dampers shall be opened.

• Procedure

- Before starting test, all doors and side scuttles of air conditioning spaces and passage doors shall
be closed. Door louvers and natural ventilators shall be open.

- After preparation finishes, central unit fans shall be operated at rated power and the current and
voltage of fan motor shall be confirmed that they are same as those at ventilation test.

- Each damper for fresh air and return air shall be adjusted according to the design condition.

- Other machines affection room cooling in service condition shall be run as possible

- This test shall be conducted after the completion of the ventilation test.

• Equipment necessary for the record

- Digital Temp. Hygrometer

Appendix 4 – Motor Vibration Measurement Record Sheet
VIBRATION RECORD

RECORD PROCEDURE

• Objective

-In order to obtain the acceptable working environment and HVAC equipment condition for each
area

• Initial conditions

- HVAC AHU unit A or B shall be available and running condition as minimum 2 hours before
vibration measurement.

- HVAC ACCU unit A or B shall be available and running condition as minimum 2 hours before
vibration measurement.

• Procedure

- Before starting measurement of AHU motor vibration and ACCU compressor and fans, all
measurement point shall be clearly identified in order to get proper measurement values.

- In case of measurement point is not accessible, longer cable probes sensor shall be use for
measurement that having a safe distance from moving part.

- All other motor/ machines affection and creating source vibration on HVAC unit area shall be
stopped as possible

- This test shall be conducted if need inhibition signal due to permissive running system.

• Equipment necessary for the record

- Digital vibration analyzer with wire probes.
