Objective:

To identify the impact on sustainable development of Pakistan by Engro Pakistan’s initiative.

What were major CSR initiatives which contributed a lot to Pakistan's development?

To identify either these initiatives were remarkable as shown in the overtime researches.

Section Two: Reasons for choosing this research project


I chose to explore "Engro Pakistan's Corporate Social Responsibility" due to a genuine interest in
understanding how businesses impact society. Specifically, I'm intrigued by how Engro contributes
socially, economically, and environmentally in Pakistan. I want to uncover the tangible ways their
CSR initiatives benefit local communities, address environmental concerns, and foster economic
development. This aligns with my belief in the importance of businesses playing a pivotal role in
sustainable and ethical practices for a better future.

A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods will be employed in this study. The
quantitative aspect will involve interviews and surveys. Additionally, a secondary qualitative
analysis will be conducted through a literature review. The study will delve into various facets of
personnel management, encompassing planning, recruiting, selecting, developing, retaining, and
transferring employees.
