Choosing An Essay Topic

Crafting an essay on the subject of "Choosing an Essay Topic" may seem deceptively simple, but
delving into the intricacies of the task reveals a complexity that can be both challenging and
nuanced. The difficulty arises from the paradoxical nature of the theme itself – one must choose a
topic that not only aligns with personal interests but also captivates the audience and fulfills the
assignment's objectives.

Firstly, the process demands self-reflection and a deep understanding of one's own interests,
passions, and expertise. This introspective journey can be time-consuming and requires careful
consideration to identify a subject that resonates personally. Simultaneously, the selected topic must
have broader relevance, ensuring that it engages a wider audience.

The challenge intensifies as one navigates the terrain of ensuring originality. With countless essays
written on diverse subjects, finding a unique angle or perspective becomes imperative. The fear of
redundancy and the desire to contribute something novel to the discourse can be both daunting and
inspiring.

Another layer of complexity emerges when contemplating the target audience. Crafting an essay
involves striking a delicate balance between catering to the expectations of the audience and staying
true to one's voice. Determining the appropriate tone, level of formality, and depth of analysis adds
another layer of intricacy to the writing process.

Furthermore, the ever-evolving landscape of academic preferences and societal interests complicates
the task. An essay topic that may have been relevant and compelling yesterday may lose its luster in
the face of shifting trends and emerging issues. Staying attuned to the current academic and cultural
climate is crucial for selecting a topic that stands the test of time.

In conclusion, while the notion of choosing an essay topic might seem straightforward, the actual
process is a nuanced and challenging endeavor. It requires a delicate balance of self-reflection,
originality, audience awareness, and an understanding of contemporary contexts. Crafting an essay
that successfully encapsulates all these elements is an art that demands time, effort, and a keen
intellect.

Milk And Food Coloring Lab Report
Did your experiment turn out the way you thought it would? If it did not explain why.
The experiment only turned out partially the way that I thought it would. The colors
with the salt spread just as much as the colors without the salt. It just slowed down. This
happened because the salt provided a barrier that the reaction of the soap had to break
through to get to the milk and food coloring.
What would you differently if you did this experiment again?
If I did this experiment again then I would make the measurements in the lab a whole
lot more precise. Then my conclusion would be able to be more precise because I have
numbers to work with.
What does this experiment have to do with chemistry anyway? Explain in a paragraph or
two.

Summary Of The Scarlet Pimpernel
The hero of the treetop kingdom was on yet another perilous journey. He traveled
through the most treacherous of lands to save the princess of the kingdom, princess
Onion, who was taken away by the evil and monstrous king, lord Gradion. When the
hero finally arrived, he and the evil king faced off in a duel that led to the king s
defeat. The hero saves the princess once again, and seeing how brave he was, she
marries him, and they live happily ever after. In countless stories like these, the damsel in
distressis mainly a flat character with no intention other than to have to face a conflict,
which most of the time is getting kidnapped, and to only get saved from, and possibly
fall for, the hero. Throughout history, there has been at least one character that has this
trait in books like The Odyssey, and The Count of Monte Crisco, but one story that spares
female characters from this trait is the Scarlet Pimpernel, written by Baroness Orczy.
The Scarlet Pimpernel, published in 1905, is a tale of an englishman who saves
aristocrats from the violent government that was France. He saves many people: women,
men, children, and even elders from the corrupt ways of the French government through
clever, thought out plans, the ability to exploit any situation to help his own tactics, and
multiple disguises to help carry out the plans he concocted. During the story, it
introduces a character with the name of Marguerite Bakely, the wife of Percy Bakely.

The Fair Work Commission ( Fwc )
This week saw the Fair Work Commission (FWC) bring down an adjustment to Penalty
rates in Australia for some Retail and Hospitality Workers. If you read the newspapers,
listen to the radio, and watch TV coverage it comes across as the greatest betrayal of the
working man (or woman) since the great Depression.

In this article I ll give my view on this. Disclaimer: I own a couple of Small Business s
which (potentially) benefit from this decision. I have looked after the HR department
of a larger ASX listed company in the past and have some reasonable HR experience. I
also really think retail shops should be closed on a Sunday so people can do other (more
sociable, community and family friendly) activities rather than trudging around shops ...

In relation to Sunday rates, the commission cut: Hospitality award rates for full time and
part time workers from 175% to 150% Fast food award rates for level one employees
from 150% to 125% for full time and part time employees and from 175% to 150% for
casuals Retail award rates for full time and part time employees from 200% to 150% and
for casuals from 200% to 175% Pharmacy award rates from 200% to 150% for full time
and part time workers for work between 7am and 9pm, and from 200% to 175% for
casuals at the same times.
Sunday rates remained at 175% for casuals in the hospitality industry, and there was no
cut for level two and three employees in the fast food award. The commission cut
public holiday rates in the hospitality and retail awards except for clubs from 250% to
225% for full time and part time employees. The casuals rate will be 250%.

Interestingly the FWC sis not adjust the penalty rates for the Award that governs
restaurants.

Unsurprisingly the employer groups have come out and stated that this would lead to an
increase in employment. Being generous (cynical) I would suggest that it will lead to
more employment for lobbyists. Given the reductions in penalty rates simply apply for
Sundays, and are really minor in nature, I
Freshman In High School
Im writing this letter to my future self for Ms. Meyers English class and to be placed in
the Freshman Time Capsule to open when I m a senior.

My hopes as a Freshman in high school is that I will have a positive GPA of at least
3.25. My reason being is I think that that is a good start for a high school career. Im
saying this because if you don t get a good start your freshman year your GPA as a
senior will reflect that based on how seriously you took freshman year. What I don t
like about myself and I hope god away is that I can get agitated very easily for the
stupidest things for reasons I don t understand.

My world as a Freshman is that my house is very old and is very small. We don t even
know how old it is because when we bought it it didn t come with a date for when it
was made. They might be looking into buying a new one but one that can be moved to
our property. My dad said that he would have the fire department burn it down so we
could move the new house in over it. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
How I spend my vacations as a freshman I normally spend them with my family but
sometimes I do not do that on the weekends and vacations(which I rarely get). My
hobbies as a freshman are sometimes to drive around on a four wheeler and play with
my dog. If I m not doing that Im probably watching tv or doing my

The Elements Of Screenwriting
INTRODUCTION:
Film scriptwriting, also known as screenwriting, is a unique process or technique of
presenting each detail including the visuals of the scenes or any other related elements
by compiling them into a written form. To write a particular film script, the scriptwriters
have to take account of the elements in screenwriting to produce a good fulfilled script.
Even though writing a film script depends on the genre chosen, the elements in it will not
change. Each element in the structures plays an important role in order for the
scriptwriters to produce as well as to sell their script to the filmmakers.
Blacker (1986) listed that, Plot The ordering and selection of scenes to tell a story and
affect an audience. Character The particulars ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Blacker (1986) wrote, A character in a film is a representation of a person exhibiting
certain personality traits selected for a dramatic purpose. (The Elements of
Screenwriting, p. 35). In a film, the characters exist to drive the story forward, to build
tension within the story as they are about to bring the viewers into it. The scriptwriter
will establish the characters which fit in the story, and the most vital characters are the
protagonist and the antagonist. The central character or the protagonist who is
decorated with special strong points has to endure and overcome such obstacles, or has
a goal they want to reach in their life which will become the storyline the scriptwriter
wanting to express. Opposite to the protagonist is the antagonist who is associated with
malevolent behaviours or plans to create misery, to wreck or to mess up with the
protagonist s life. It is important for the scriptwriter to introduce each character in their
film script without making the description too broad or too specific. For an example, in
1969 s film, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, William Goldman had smoothly
introduced a girl moving up behind Butch; its simple line of She is reasonably pretty, a
little used. is enough to create an immediate impression of the

he would marry Lydia but there is a price. He wants her father to give her equal shares

that maybe Mr. Gardiner did it. Even though Lydia married a crook, her mother was still
