C. Evaluation about the Session

There are two positive aspects to the session. Firstly, engaging in reflective writing has proven
beneficial for enhancing my memory, reflexes, and writing skills. Secondly, being deeply
involved in teaching both theoretical and clinical subjects in my daily routine, I have been
grappling with the challenges posed by the demands of new generations. However, after
participating in this session, I felt a sense of relaxation, confident that upon completing the entire
course, I will be able to update my teaching methods to better capture the interest of my students.
On the flip side, the negative aspect of this session is the scheduling conflict. I am considering
holding the session after my work hours or in the evening, or perhaps opting for recorded
sessions. However, these sessions require live presence. While I can manage to adjust my hours
for the next few months, given that students are on leave for exam preparation and I can switch
my OPDS with a colleague, I find myself in a state of confusion about what comes next. My
mind is not fully concentrated as I contemplate the future adjustments needed

D. Analysis

Upon analysis of the session, understanding adult teaching theories is currently a crucial
requirement for all educators.
