Dear Parents,

The objective of mathematics activities is to make teaching and learning interactive, participatory, fun
and joyful. The skills that children can learn and enhance through math activities have knock-on benefits in other
areas of learning. Keeping this spirit in mind, we at Delhi Public School Bangalore, East have planned
to host enriching and fun-filled activities during the ‘Math Week’ that will be conducted between 22nd
January2024 and 25thJanuary 2024.

Activity1(Individual Activity)
(To be done as home project)
(The activity should be submitted by 23.01.24)

ESSAY WRITING: Students need to write an essay on any of the topics given below.
• How can I relate my mathematics learning to real life?
• Why do students find mathematics difficult/easy?
• A day before mathematics exam.
 ACTIVITY 2(Group Activity)
(Activity will be done during the math period )

CROSS WORDS PUZZLE:

Each group will be given cross words puzzle based on Mathematical terms, definitions and concept.
