In the following activity we know the introduction of the course and in the points to be
developed we can identify the rights in a situation where we are vulnerable.

- Make known our opinion as a leader before the rights embodied in the activity.
Specific goal
- Take information about the situation in order to respect human rights as a professional in
the future.
1. Update the profile, including a current photo in which the student can be identified.
2. Review all environments and download and analyze the course syllabus in the Learning
Environment to be clear about the purpose, learning outcomes and content to be
developed.
3. Visit the Course´s General forum at the Initial Environment and participate on the
Social Interaction Forum, sharing in English the following information:

• Professional profile
• Expectations with this course and the course language (English).
4. Visit the Synchronous attention by Skype Page at the Initial Environment, add the

a) If I were the leader of a customer service company and one of the employees, a
cashier, decided not to get vaccinated, I would deal with the situation as follows:

Being the head of a company where there are regulations and internal work standards, by
government law directive through the Ministry of Health, every company must request
vaccinations from its employees in compliance with this law, if one of the employees in this
case the cashier, is not willing to apply the vaccine, a call is made so that he can make a

Conclusion
The previous work was carried out in order to know the rights that we have in a
situation of obligations before a company and organization, we can take as a reference
so that in our situations we can go to assert our human, cultural, economic, social and
collective rights.
