Term of Payment Upon receipt from the issued Purchaser 100% of the Quantity 10,000/MT, via a Non-
Cancelable, Non-transferable LETTER OF CREDIT (DLC), via SWIFT code: MT-700 or
SBLC or LC USANCE MT752 60 – 90 Day the first shipment of the Quantity 10,000/MT
will be prepared for loading within 8 days after LC ON.

Term of Price SHIPMENT FOB BARGE OF JETTY

Price FOB basis: USD $ 100.11 GAR 6200 this price is fixed for first 2 months, and it is
adjustable after the third month
Term of Delivery Shipment order: 10.000 MT per month for 12 months

Barge Arrangements The freight will be paid by buyer and arrangement barge to loading point STS Barito
River at Jetty HASNUR or TALENTA BUMI, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia

 Barge DWT Shipment Loading 10,000/MT with anchorage point waterdraft level:
15 meter up

Weight The quality Inspection by COTECNA or TRIBHAKTI at loading port

Noted / Remark The Seller shall go through all legal export formalities; All charges (including analysis
report, export duty, local dues, documents and all other goods charges inIndonesia)
at the Loading Point shall be borne by the Seller.
Contract Progres 2 Days After FCO Signed to Buyer.

For the full duration of the Contract, the quality of Steam Coal to be supplied shall meet the specification as follow:
