1. उम्मीदवार को इस पर्वेश पतर् का िपर्ंटआउट (पर्त्येक पेपर के िलए अलग से) ऊपर उिल्लिखत ितिथ और समय पर आवंिटत परीक्षा केंदर् पर कम से कम एक वैध मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र के

साथ लाना होगा। सरकारी पधािधकिरयो द्वारा जारी मतदाता पहचान पतर्, डर्ाइिवंग लाइसेंस, पैन काडर् , पासपोटर् , आधार काडर् , िनयोक्ता आईडी (सरकारी)। (िकसी भी पिरिस्थित में रं गीन

फोटोकॉपी/स्कैन्ड कॉपी/पहचान पतर् की सॉफ्ट कॉपी स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी)। वैध पर्वेश पतर् और फोटो पहचान पतर् (मूल रूप में) के िबना िकसी भी उम्मीदवार को पर्वेश की अनुमित नही दी

जाएगी।

2. अभ्यथीर् को प्रवेश पत्र में िनधार्िरत स्थान पर हािलया पासपोटर् आकार का रंगीन फोटोग्राफ िचपकाना होगा तथा एक हािलया पासपोटर् आकार का रंगीन फोटोग्राफ परीक्षा केंद्र पर लाना
होगा!

3. उम्मीदवारों को पयर्वेक्षक की उपिस्थित में कॉल-लेटर पर िदए गए संबंिधत स्थान पर हस्ताक्षर करना होगा और बाएं अंगूठे का िनशान लगाना होगा।

4. िकसी भी पिरिस्थित में परीक्षा ितिथ/सत्र/क़ेंद्र/स्थल/शहर में बदलाव के अनुरोध पर िवचार नहीं िकया जाएगा। कंप्यूटर आधािरत परीक्षा पर्वेश पतर् में उिल्लिखत ितिथ/िदन/समय के अनुसार

आयोिजत की जाएगी और उम्मीदवार को पर्वेश पतर् में उिल्लिखत िरपोिटर्ं ग समय के अनुसार परीक्षा केंदर् पर पहुंचना/िरपोटर् करना होगा।

5. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे पर्वेश पतर् में उिल्लिखत िरपोिटर्ं ग समय पर या उससे पहले अपने आवंिटत परीक्षा केंदर् पर पहुंचे तािक पर्वेश औपचािरकताएं यानी, परीक्षा में उपिस्थत

होने के िलए कंप्यूटर नोड्स के आवंटन से पहले उम्मीदवारों का पंजीकरण और तलाशी ली जा सके। परीक्षा शुरू होने के समय से आधे घंटे पहले परीक्षा केंदर् के पर्वेश द्वार बंद कर िदए जाएंगे।

िकसी भी पिरिस्थित में दे र से पर्वेश की अनुमित नहीं दी जाएगी।

6. यिद उम्मीदवारों को अपना पर्वेश पतर् डाउनलोड करने में कोई किठनाई आती है , तो वे भतीर् सहायता डे स्क संपकर् नंबर: 07969049955 पर सुबह 9:30 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक या पर्वेश

पतर् डाउनलोड िलंक पर िदए गए हे ल्पडे स्क पोटर् ल पर संपकर् कर सकते हैं ।

7. पद के िलए Advertisement No: E-I/RC/2023/1 में उिल्लिखत आपकी पातर्ता की जांच होने तक पूरी भती/चयन पर्िकया में आपकी उम्मीदवारी "पूरी तरह से अनंितम" है । यिद चयन के

िकसी भी चरण में यह पाया जाता है िक उम्मीदवार पातर्ता मानदं डों को पूरा नहीं करता है और उम्मीदवार द्वारा पर्दान की गई कोई भी जानकारी गलत पाई जाती है या आयु, आरक्षण शर्ेणी

सिहत िवज्ञापन में उिल्लिखत पातर्ता मानदं डों के अनुरूप नहीं है । , आवेदन शुल्क, शैिक्षक योग्यता आिद के आधार पर ऐसे उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी चयन पर्िकया के िकसी भी चरण में और

िनयुिक्त के बाद भी खािरज कर दी जाएगी।

8. उम्मीदवार को ई-पर्वेश पतर् का िपर्ंटआउट, पहचान पर्माण (मूल रूप में),02 पासपोटर् आकार के रंगीन फोटोग्राफ और परीक्षा केंदर् में बॉल प्वाइं ट पेन लाने की सलाह दी जाती है । िववाह के

बाद नाम में पिरवतर्न के मामले में, उम्मीदवार को िववाह के बाद पहचान स्थािपत करने के िलए िववाह पंजीकरण पर्माण पतर् / शपथ पतर् जैसे अन्य दस्तावेजी पर्माण (मूल रूप में) के साथ

मैिटर्कुलेशन पर्माण पतर् लाना होगा।

9. पर्वेश द्वारों पर और परीक्षा के दौरान तलाशी ली जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों को सख्ती से सलाह दी जाती है िक वे कोई भी इलेक्टर्ॉिनक उपकरण जैसे मोबाइल या सेल्युलर फोन, इलेक्टर्ॉिनक गैजेट,

ईयरफोन या माइकर्ोफोन या इलेक्टर्ॉिनक घिड़यां,इलेक्टर्ॉिनक या गैर-इलेक्टर्ॉिनक संचार उपकरण, हैं डबैग, पसर्, कैलकुलेटर, लॉग-टे बल/पेजर, िडिजटल डायरी,िकताब/नोट्स आिद न लाएं।, जो

परीक्षा केंदर् में सख्त विजर्त हैं । यिद िकसी उम्मीदवार के पास इनमें से कोई भी उपकरण/दस्तावेज पाया जाता है , तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी अयोग्य घोिषत की जा सकती है । उम्मीदवारों को यह

भी सलाह दी जाती है िक वे परीक्षा केंदर् में कोई भी मूल्यवान महं गी वस्तु न लाएं क्योंिक उसे सुरिक्षत रखने की व्यवस्था सुिनिश्चत नहीं की जा सकती है और परीक्षा केंदर् सुरिक्षत रख-राखव,

हािन या चोरी के िलए िजम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

10. परीक्षा स्थल पर बायोमेिटर्क डे टा (बाएं अंगूठे का िनशान), और फोटोगर्ाफ िलया जाएगा। खींची गई फोटो का िमलान अभ्यथीर् द्वारा आवेदन में अपलोड की गई फोटो से िकया जाएगा। आपको

अपने द्वारा अपलोड की गई फोटो से अपना स्वरुप ना बदले।

11. महत्वपूणर् िनदेश: - यिद उं गिलयों पर लेप लगा हुआ है (स्याही/मेहंदी/रं ग आिद लगा हुआ है ...आिद), तो उन्हें अच्छी तरह से धोना सुिनिश्चत करें तािक परीक्षा के िदन तािक से पहले लेप

पूरी तरह से हट जाए।

12. उम्मीदवार को अपने एडिमट काडर् का एक कैंिडडे ट फॉइल भिवष्य के िरकॉडर् और संदभर् के िलए सावधानीपूवक
र् रखना चािहए क्योंिक साक्षात्कार और आवेदन के सत्यापन के समय/चरण पर

इसका िववरण पर्स्तुत करना आवश्यक हो सकता है ।

13. कोई भी व्यिक्त िकसी भी रूप में परीक्षण सामगर्ी या उसमें मौजूद िकसी भी जानकारी को सम्पूणर् या आिशंक रूप से पर्कट कर रहा है , पर्कािशत कर रहा है , पुनरुत्पािदत कर रहा है , संचािरत

कर रहा है , भंडारण कर रहा है या पर्सारण और भंडारण की सुिवधा दे रहा है या िकसी भी माध्यम से, मौिखक या िलिखत, इलेक्टर्ॉिनक या यांितर्क या ले जा रहा है । परीक्षा केंदर् में आपूितर्

िकए गए कागजात या परीक्षण सामगर्ी के अनिधकृ त कब्जे में पाए जाने पर गंभीर कदाचार माना जाएगा और परीक्षा से वंिचत/अयोग्य कर िदया जाएगा। सीएसआईआर िनयमो के अनुसार

अनुशासनात्मक और कानूनी कारवाई करे गा और यिद आवश्यक हुआ तो ऐसे मामलों की सुचना पुिलस को दी जाएगी।

14. उम्मीदवारों द्वारा िकसी भी पर्श्न और उसके िवकल्प/उत्तर से संबंिधत िकसी भी पर्श्न/आपित्त को ऑनलाइन 'आपित्त िलंक' के माध्यम से संबोिधत िकया जाएगा, उक्त िलंक परीक्षा की अंितम

ितिथ से 3-4 िदनों के भीतर सीएसआईआर वेबसाइट: https://www.csir.res.in/ पर उपलब्ध होगा। उम्मीदवारों को इस भती पर्िकया से संबंिधत अिधसूचनाओं, िनदेर् शों, पिरपतर्ों के माध्यम

से नवीनतम अपडे ट के िलए िनयिमत रूप से सीएसआईआर वेबसाइट पर जाना चािहए।

15. िजन अभ्यिथर्यों ने ऑनलाइन आवेदन पतर् में स्कर्ाइब का िवकल्प चुना है , उन्हें Advertisement No:E-I/RC/2023/1 में उिल्लिखत िनधार्िरत नुलग्नक(अनुलग्नक VII, VIII, IX, X जो भी

लागू हो ) पर्माण की मूल और फोटोकॉपी के साथ लाना होगा। िवज्ञापन के अनुसार स्कर्ाइब की अनुमित इन दस्तावेजो के मूल्यांकन और सत्यापन के अधीन होंगे
 PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

1. The candidate must bring printout of this Admit Card (separate Admit Card for each paper) to the allocated examination centre on the Date and Time
mentioned in the Admit Card along with at least one valid ORIGINAL PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF viz. Voter Identity Card, Driving License, PAN Card,
Passport, Aadhaar Card, Employer ID (Government) issued by Government Authorities. (NO COLOUR PHOTOCOPY / SCANNED COPY / SOFT COPY OF THE
IDENTITY CARD SHALL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.) No candidate will be allowed entry without valid Admit Card and Photo Identification
Card (in original).

2. The Candidate must paste one recent colour passport size photograph at prescribed place and bring another colour passport size photograph at the
examination centre.

3. Candidates should sign and affix Left Thumb Impression in the respective space provided on the call-letter in the presence of the invigilator.

4. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN EXAMINATION DATE/SESSION/CENTRE/VENUE/CITY WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The Computer Based
Test will be held as per the Date/Day/Time mentioned in the Admit Card and the candidate is required to reach/report at examination centre as per
reporting time mentioned in the Admit Card.

5. Candidates are advised to reach their allotted examination centre on or before reporting time as mentioned in Admit Card so that entry formalities i.e.,
Registration of candidates and frisking can be done prior to allotment of computer nodes for appearing in examination. The entry gates of examination
centre will be closed half an hour before the exam commencement time. NO LATE ENTRY WILL BE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

6. In case, the candidates encounter any difficulty while downloading their admit card, they may contact the Recruitment Help Desk Contact No:
07969049955 from 9:30 AM to-6:00 PM or on the helpdesk portal given on Admit Card download link.

7. Your candidature in the whole recruitment/selection process is 'PURELY PROVISIONAL' pending scrutiny of your eligibility as mentioned in the
Advertisement No: E-I/RC/2023/1 for the post In case , it is found at any stage of selection that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria and
any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement
including Age, reservation Category, Application Fee, Educational Qualification, etc the candidature of such a candidate will be rejected at any stage of
selection process and even after appointment.

8. The candidate should bring print out of Admit Card, Identity Proof (in original), 02 Colour Passport size photo and Blue Ball Point Pen to the Examination
Centre In case of post marriage change in name, the candidate must bring the original matriculation certificate along with marriage registration
certificate / other documentary proof like affidavit (in original) to establish the identity after marriage.

9. Frisking will be done at entry gates and during examination. Candidates are strictly advised not to bring any electronic devices viz., mobile or cellular
phones, electronic gadgets, earphones or microphones or electronic watches, electronic or non-electronic communication devices, handbags, purse,
calculator, log-tables/pager, digital diary, book/notes etc which are strictly prohibited in the examination centre. If any candidate is found in
possession of any of these devices/documents, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled. Candidates are also advised not to bring any valuable
items to the examination centre as arrangement of safe keeping of the same cannot be assured and exam centre will not be responsible for safe
custody, loss or theft.

10. Biometric data(Left thumb impression), and Photograph will be captured at the examination venue. The photo captured will be matched with the photo
uploaded by the candidate in the application.Therefore, you must NOT change your appearance.

11. IMPORTANT Note: - If fingers are coated (stamped ink/mehndi/coloured...etc), ensure to thoroughly wash them so that coating is completely removed
before the examination day.

12. The candidate should retain a Candidate Foil of their Admit Card carefully for future record & reference as the details of same may be required to be
produced at the time/stage of interview and verification of applications .

13. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form or
any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means i.e., verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in
the examination centre or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content will be considered as serious misconduct and will be debarred/
disqualified from examination. CSIR will take disciplinary and legal action as per rules and such cases will be reported to police, if necessary .

14. Any query/objection related to any question and its option(s)/answer by the candidates will be addressed only through ONLINE 'Objection Link' within
3-4 days from the last date of examination, when the details of the said link will be provided at CSIR website: https://www.csir.res.in/. Candidates should

regularly visit CSIR Website for latest updates through notifications, instructions, circulars related to this recruitment process.

15. Candidates who have opted Scribe in the online application form, must carry the prescribed Annexures (Annexures VII, VIII, IX & X - whichever is
applicable) mentioned in Advertisement No: E-I/RC/2023/1, in Original along with Photocopy and valid ID proof of the candidate & scribe both. Allowing
a scribe will be subject to assessment & verification of these documents as per the advertisement.
