Notes:
1- Offer validity: 2 days.
2- Timeline: the project will be executed within 8 days after the down payment is made in case
of product availability unless specified.
3- all installations undergo European standards for the installation or IEC standards.

Warranty:

1- 1 year warranty on 4TB SEAGATE SKYHAWK.

 neglect, misuse, unfavorable environmental conditions, work performed by other than a representative
from ENERGY MASTERS PRO, or any force of nature.

Protection Seal Breach Penalty Clause:

In consideration of the installation and commissioning of the camera system by [Energy Masters Pro],
hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the client, hereinafter referred to as "the Client," the following
Protection Seal Breach Penalty Clause shall be applicable:

1. Protection Seal and Authorized Personnel: The Company shall ensure the proper installation and functioning
of the camera system, including the implementation of a protection seal to safeguard against unauthorized
tampering or access. Only personnel authorized by the Company are permitted to interact with, modify, or
remove the protection seal.

2. Prohibited Tampering: The Client agrees that any tampering with, removal of, or damage to the protection
seal by personnel not expressly authorized by the Company shall be considered a breach of this agreement.

3. Penalty for Protection Seal Breach: NOT APPLICABLE

4. Notification and Documentation: The Client agrees to promptly notify the Company of any breach or
suspected breach of the protection seal. The notification shall include detailed documentation and evidence of
the breach.
5. Waiver of Liability: The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, malfunctions, or losses that
result from the breach of the protection seal by unauthorized personnel. The Client acknowledges that such
violations may compromise the integrity and proper functioning of the Camera security system.

6. Resolution and Recertification: Following the breach of the protection seal, the Company reserves the right
to conduct an inspection, assess the extent of the breach, and take corrective actions to restore the system's
integrity. The Client shall bear the costs associated with these actions.

7. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the breach or penalty, both parties shall attempt to
resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be subject to the
dispute resolution procedures outlined in the main agreement between the Company and the Client.

This Protection Seal Breach Penalty Clause is an integral part of the agreement between the Company and the
Client. It shall remain in effect for the duration of the camera system's operation.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Protection
Seal Breach Penalty Clause.
