Recommendations

Preparation for Summer months

The chart showed that sales begin to increase as we approach the summer months and peaked in June, this knowledge can be used
to plan and make budget provisions for increased sales in those months. Also, the stores can plan to stay open for longer hours in
those periods.

Strategy to Improve Coffee sales

Coffee accounts for the most product category sold, sales and marketing strategies designed around this product can be developed
and deployed to further improve sales.

Further Investigations
Further investigation is needed to determine and understand why there was a reduction in sales across the three stores in February.
The result of the findings can be used to develop strategies to mitigate these drops and help put a system in place to improve overall
sales in February.
